Service Description

1. General Areas (Living Room, Bedrooms, Hallways, etc.): *Dust all surfaces, including high and hard-to-reach areas (tops of doors, ceiling corners) *Clean baseboards, moldings, and door frames throughout the house *Wipe down walls, removing any scuff marks *Clean all doors, including around handles *Dust and wipe down light fixtures and ceiling fans *Clean vents and air return covers *Wash windows interiors, including window sills, tracks, and blinds *Remove any nails, screws, or wall hooks, and fill holes if requested *Sweep, vacuum, and mop all floors, including in closets and corners 2. Kitchen: *Wipe down and disinfect all counter-tops and back-splashes *Deep clean the sink and faucet *Clean inside and outside of all cabinets, drawers, and shelves *Clean inside and outside of all appliances, including: -Refrigerator (remove all shelves and drawers for thorough cleaning) -Oven and stove-top (remove racks, clean burners, wipe down controls) -Microwave (interior, exterior, and door) -Dishwasher (clean and check for food debris) *Clean and degrease surfaces where cooking residue builds up, including range hood and exhaust fan *Clean baseboards, light switches, and doors *Sweep, vacuum, and mop the kitchen floor, focusing on corners and edges 3. Bathrooms: *Disinfect all surfaces, including counter-tops, sinks, faucets, and vanities *Clean and disinfect the toilet thoroughly (inside, outside, and around the base) *Scrub and remove soap scum, mildew, and hard water stains from shower walls, tubs, and grout *Clean shower doors or curtains *Clean mirrors, light fixtures, and any glass surfaces *Clean and sanitize inside and outside of cabinets and drawers *Wash windows, sills, and tracks *Wipe down baseboards, doors, and light switches *Sweep and mop bathroom floors, including behind the toilet and in corners 4. Additional/Optional Areas: *Laundry room: Clean inside and outside of the washer and dryer, wipe down surfaces, sweep and mop the floor *Garage/basement: Sweep floors and remove cobwebs *Inside closets: Dust shelves, wipe down walls, and vacuum/mop floor 5. Final Touches: *Remove all trash and debris from the premises *Ensure all surfaces are streak-free and polished *Final walk-through to ensure every detail is addressed
